About Us

NextGen DigiTech V.O.F. is a private research-based company in the Hague, Netherlands consisting of a team of researchers and experts with a sound scientific background in disciplines comprising the branch of systems engineering, data analysis and software development. The company is formed with the purpose to automate the design process of structural components and with the goal to reduce the time for designing, analysing and to reduce the use of steel and cast material by optimizing the design.

Shajib Khadem

Shajib is one of the Directors of NextGen DigiTech V.O.F. He holds a Master of Science degree in Communication Engineering from Sweden and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from Malaysia. He has more than 12 years of industry experience in the field of telecommunications including 5G, 4G, 3G core, transmission & RF networking; broadband networking including FTTP, FTTN, FTTC, HFC, Wireless & Satellite technologies; large scale IT systems design & implementation viz. Salesforce, AWS, Remedy, Tableau, Python programming, RPA. He is certified in Python & Automation and has vast experiences in Cisco technology, six sigma, greenbelt & agile process improvements, change management, professional & academic training & development.

He is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of a technology-based Firm: Synergy Technology Solutions LLC, USA. He did engineering & IT consultancies, projects for various renowned companies in the World including Verizon USA, National Broadband Network Australia, Vodafone Australia, Kordia Solutions Australia, Axiata Group Malaysia, Freescale Semiconductor Malaysia. He also worked with the Computer Science & Engineering department of the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Australia as an industry-academic research collaborator.
