Job Description

 

  • Organize office operations and activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to corporate policies.
  • Take part in the execution of particular initiatives, processes, and regulations to assist in coordinating the workforce with the organizational strategic goals.
  • Conduct general HR initiatives, such as orientation for new hires, compliance with employment laws, safety and security, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Client and organization visit and update higher authorities as directed
  • Responsible to announce all types of notices, pay slip distribution, conveyance, tour bill preparation and other official document maintenance properly.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals.

 

Key Experiences & Knowledge

 

  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • Strong verbal and written English communication abilities
  • Meticulous and organized in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Prepare drafts of various official letters, emails, etc.
  • Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
  • Well versed in MS office packages (Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Arrange official appointments and meetings.
  • It will be beneficial to have minimum knowledge of the Bangladeshi healthcare system.

 

Educational Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or other discipline.

 

Contract Duration

 

  • 3 months’ probation period
  • 1 Year fixed term contract for Office Admin position after successful completion of the probation period
